Sumisaujana Group Berhad is a Malaysia-based investment holding company. The Company is principally a manufacturer of oil and gas (O&G) specialty chemicals focusing on drilling fluid chemicals, and production and refinery chemicals for the upstream, midstream and downstream segments in the O&G industry. The drilling fluid and production chemicals that it manufactures are oilfield chemicals which are mainly used at the O&G prospecting areas or location of O&G reservoirs. Its refinery chemicals and some of its production chemicals are used in the refining of crude oil and natural gas as well as maintaining the integrity of equipment in the refinery plants. It operates in two segments: Manufacturing and Trading and related support services. Under manufacturing segment, it operates drilling fluid chemicals, production and refinery chemicals, and Others. Under Trading and related support services segment, it operates catalyst, sulfiding agent, fuel additives, and others.
