LBS Bina Group Berhad (LBS) was founded by the late Dato’ Seri Lim Bock Seng as a construction company in the early 1960’s. Over the years, LBS ventured into property development in 1992 with its maiden project at Jelapang Maju Light Industrial Park Ipoh, Perak. The company was listed on the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia on 30 January 2002. LBS has since moved towards developing successful townships such as Bandar Saujana Putra, KITA @ Cybersouth and LBS Alam Perdana, thus establishing itself as one of the most recognisable property developers by continuously building quality and affordable homes. The Group has vast expertise in both residential and mixed developments, with capabilities in developing landed and high-rise buildings.
