CIMB Group Holdings Berhad (CIMB Group) is a leading focused ASEAN bank and one of the region’s foremost corporate advisors. It is also a world leader in Islamic finance. At the end of July 2022, the major shareholders were Khazanah Nasional Berhad (Khazanah) with 24.8%, Employees Provident Fund (EPF) with 16.0%, Permodalan Nasional Berhad (PNB) with 11.3% and Kumpulan Wang Persaraan (Diperbadankan) (KWAP) with 6.3%.
