Pekat Group Berhad operates in 3 distinct business areas:
- SOLAR DIVISION – design, supply and installation of solar PV systems and power plants and in some cases operations and maintenance. Engage subcontractors to carry out, under their management and supervision, site preparation and earthworks, all installation works and interconnection to power transmission substation.
- EARTHING & LIGHTNING PROTECTION (ELP) DIVISION – supply and installation of ELP systems for buildings, facilities and structures for protection from unintended electric current. Engaged as specialist subcontractor by other main contractors
- TRADING DIVISION – distribution of electrical products and accessories of own brands and thirdparty brands, such as ELP products and accessories, solar PV related product, surge protection devices and aviation warning light system
