IPO PERFORMANCE REPORT FOURTH QUARTER OF 2024
- In the fourth quarter of 2024, 20 companies were listed on the local bourse, with a combined market capitalisation of RM5.49 billion and raised RM1.38 billion via new public issue and offer for sale. New listings in the 4Q2024 comprised four companies on the Main Market, 13 companies on the ACE Market and three companies on the LEAP Market.
- This brought the total number of new listings to 55 companies in 2024. Total market capitalisation from new listings aggregated to RM31.37 billion, with a total fund raised via new issue, offer for sale and pre-listing fund raised of RM7.45 billion. Pre-listing fund raised include three LEAP offerings that raised RM15.3 million via private placement, and an ACE company’s offer for sale which raised RM12 million via private placement.
