Malaysia's IHH Healthcare to acquire private hospital chain for $901 mln

Sept 4 (Reuters) - Malaysia's IHH Healthcare IHHH.KL said on Wednesday it is acquiring local private hospital chain Island Hospital Sdn. in a deal valuing the latter at 3.92 billion ringgit ($901.15 million).
