Aug 22 (Reuters) - SPDR Gold Trust GLD , the world's largest gold-backed exchange-traded fund, said its holdings rose 0.13% to 857.85 tonnes on Thursday from 856.70 tonnes on Wednesday. In terms of ounces, holdings HLDSPDRGT=XAU rose to 27580667 ounces from 27543692.
