KUALA LUMPUR, Oct 10 (Reuters) - Exports of Malaysian palm oil products for October 1 - 10 rose 18.9% to 490,582 tonnes from 412,771 tonnes shipped during September 1 - 10, independent inspection company AmSpec Agri Malaysia said on Thursday.
