Polyus board to consider dividend on Oct. 23
Oct 21 (Reuters) - Russian gold miner Polyus' board of directors will consider a dividend payment for the first nine months of 2024 on Oct. 23, the company said on Monday, as gold prices XAU= hit a fresh record. "...The total amount of dividends could amount to 30% of the Company`s adjusted EBITDA for the last four quarters (9M 2024 and 4Q 2023), which is in line with Polyus' current dividend policy," it said in a statement. The decision will be subject to shareholder approval. The company last pay dividends for the first half of 2021, when its total payout amounted to 36.4 billion roubles ($379.56 million).
