Nov 18 (Reuters) - SPDR Gold Trust GLD , the world's largest gold-backed exchange-traded fund, said its holdings rose 0.20% to 871.65 tonnes on Monday from 869.93 tonnes on Friday. In terms of ounces, holdings HLDSPDRGT=XAU rose to 28024516 ounces from 27969106.
