Waste-to-Energy Association Welcomes EU’s Carbon Removals Certification Framework.

ESWET (European Suppliers of Waste-to-Energy Technology) lauded the provisional agreement between the European Council and the European Parliament on the Carbon Removals Certification Framework, particularly the recognition of biogenic permanent carbon removal. This certification framework aims to enhance carbon removals and combat greenwashing.
