MIDA-ARM Semiconductor Agreement To Be Finalised By End-march

KUALA LUMPUR, Feb 28 (Bernama) -- Malaysian Investment Development Authority (MIDA) and ARM Holdings Plc, a British semiconductor and software design company, plan to finalise an agreement for the latter to establish a base in Malaysia by the end of next month.
