KUALA LUMPUR, Feb 26 (Reuters) - Malaysia's Capital A CAPI.KL , the parent of budget airline AirAsia, is looking to raise up to $400 million in equity from the planned merger of its aviation business, which it hopes to complete by July, Group Chief Executive Tony Fernandes told Reuters on Monday.
