Malaysia's Hibiscus Petroleum to buy TotalEnergies Brunei for $259 mln

June 14 (Reuters) - Malaysia's Hibiscus Petroleum HIBI.KL will buy TotalEnergies' TTEF.PA Brunei unit for $259.4 million, the oil and gas explorer said on Friday, marking its entry into the energy-rich region.
