JAKARTA, March 26 (Reuters) - Indonesian authorities will hand over 216,997 hectares (536,211 acres) of plantation area to state palm company Agrinas Palma Nusantara, an official with the Attorney General Office said on Wednesday. The land was previously confiscated from 109 plantation companies during efforts by the authorities to clean up forestry governance, AGO official Febrie Adriansyah said.
