Globaltec Formation Berhad is a Malaysia-based investment holding company. The Company operates through four segments: Integrated manufacturing services (IMS), Energy, Resources, and Investment holding. The IMS segment includes precision machining, stamping and tooling (PMST division); and automotive components design and manufacturing (Automotive division). The Energy segment is principally involved in the exploration and production of unconventional gas, such as coal bed methane. The Resources segment is principally involved in the harvesting and selling of fresh fruit bunches of oil palm. The investment holding segment includes investments in subsidiaries and property. Its products include electric horn system, steering column & brake assembly, switches modules, supercharger system, and others. The Company's subsidiaries include AIC Corporation Sdn Bhd, AutoV Corporation Sdn Bhd, Jotech Holdings Sdn Bhd,New Century Energy Services Sdn Bhd, and others.
