Germany To Greenlight Carbon Capture & Storage From Gas Power Plants.

Germany is considering allowing carbon capture and storage (CCS) from gas-fired power plants to meet its climate targets. The draft law, if approved, would only allow offshore storage and prohibit CCS from coal plants. Germany hopes CCS will help them achieve their climate goals, but they will need to collaborate with other countries for CO2 storage.
