SEC Approves Scaled-Back Climate Disclosure Rules.

The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) has approved scaled-back climate disclosure rules for public companies. Companies will now be required to report on climate-related risks with a material impact on their business, but not on Scope 3 emissions originating in their value chains.
