MSCI Quarterly Index Review

Effective at the close of 31 May 2023, HAPSENG will be removed from the MSCI Emerging Market Index (EMI). With the revision, Malaysia’s pro forma weightage in the MSCI EMI is estimated at 1.44%, with a total number of 33 constituents.
